Join us in the sanctuary for an uplifting, musical Shabbat service.Emmanuel's sermon will also be devoted to the upcoming International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Services will be followed by a Tu BiShvat "Seder," a traditional gathering marked by seasonal fruits and opportunities for meaningful learning and conversation.
Come celebrate the "new year" for trees and our natural world at a seder led by Rabbinic Intern Emmanuel Cantor. No prior Tu BiShvat experience or ability to read Hebrew is required! We’re building a community ice sculpture in honor of our theme this year: ahavah/love. Join us for the lighting ceremony and a family-friendly seder from 5 - 6 pm. International Holocaust Remembrance Day Commemoration Thursday, January 25, 2024 7:30 – 8:30 PM ET on Zoom
Please join Vermont Holocaust Memorial for a memorable International Holocaust Remembrance Day commemoration program by the Lappin Foundation. Holocaust survivor Werner Salinger will give his testimony of escaping Nazi Germany as a child, his recollections of time with Albert Einstein, and his journey back to Germany where he married the daughter of a Nazi soldier.
