Holidays

Regardless of your background or affiliation, we invite you to connect with your Jewish heritage by observing and celebrating the holidays with us. Our year-round holiday observances include:

• High Holy Days — Full services and family holy day experiences.
• Sukkot — Community sukkah-raising,  Shabbat Sukkot service and dinner in our community Sukkah, and Sukkot gatherings at Rabbi David and Alison’s Sukkah.
• Hanukkah — Community party featuring music, latkes, candle-lighting, games, and the annual Iron Chef competition inspired by a secret Hannukah-related ingredient.
• Purim — Interactive festival fun, creative spiels, Adloyada parade, and megillah reading.
• Passover — Annual 2nd night Community Seder for all ages. 

• Shavuot — Rich, multidisciplinary evening learning followed the next day by a spiritual hike to the chapel on Mt. Mansfield .  Overnight camping encouraged.
