This Shabbat we begin the final book of the Torah, Devarim, which means "words." It is also Shabbat Chazon, anticipating Tisha B'Av, when we mourn the destruction of the ancient Temple in Jerusalem.

Over 70 people enjoyed the Stowe Jewish Film Festival's showing of "Welcome to Yiddishland," followed by music, dancing, and noshing in the tent.

LCH is looking for furniture and household items for three apartments they are opening to support families experiencing homelessness.
