With gratitude we wish our JCOGS members and supporters a happy and meaningful Thanksgiving. The admistrative office will be closed on Thursday and Friday of this week. The building will be open for Friday night Shabbat.
We will sit down at the table at 6 pm to share a meal with our community and sing some Shabbat songs at this informal Shabbat experience (this will not be a full service) led by JCOGS member Lynne Gedanken. Bring a vegan/vegetarian/fish main, side or dessert ready to eat (with serving piece) to share. Kaddish for those in mourning will be recited.
