Mitzvah blog

My name is Lev and I am 12 years old. I am a 7th grader at Harwood Union Middle School.
My bar mitzvah will be on May 27th, 2023. I am very adventurous and love playing lacrosse, soccer, skiing, and mountain biking. I love hanging out with friends and playing in the snow with my dog Winnie. My mitzvah project is to support/raise money for the High Fives Foundation. They are a nonprofit adaptive sports foundation that helps athletes get back to their outdoor physical activity after a life-altering accident. The reason I choose High Fives to raise money for and help is because I love skiing, mountain biking, and sports in general and I can't imagine my life without sports so why should these athletes have to?
