Gleaning, the act of collecting leftover crops from farmers' fields for the poor, is a Jewish value, rooted in Torah. Together, we will help bring fresh produce into the hands of those in need.
LOCATION: Valley Dream Farm in Cambridge. 5901 Pleasant Valley Rd. We will meet in the parking lot at 9:30 am to the right of the farm stand. You will see the bright red Salvation Farms truck in the lot. You can park beside their truck. We will glean kale and potato from 9:30-12:00. All ages are welcome! No dogs or other pets permitted.
Please register below so we can have an accurate count of participants.
Rain date will be Sunday October 22nd with location to be determined.
