Yom Hazikaron - Israel’s Memorial Day and Yom Haatzmaut - Israeli Independence Day will be honored April 29-May 1 this year. On the Gregorian calendar, May 14, 1948, Israel became a state and we will celebrate with an Israeli -Themed Musical Shabbat on Friday, May 16th.

JCOGS leadership is actively partnering with CSI to enhance security for our community. All JCOGS members are urged to join this important presentation. Vermont Stage Company performs the play “Triangle” May 4, 1pm at Temple Sinai, Burlington Vermont Stage Company performs "Triangle" a play about immigrants who worked at the Triangle Shirtwaist factory leading up to its infamous 1911 fire.This will be followed by a companion performance focusing on the Jewish story behind the story.
