Shmitta Musical Shabbat and discussion - IN PERSON + ONLINE
Friday, February 11, 2022 • 10 Adar I 5782
6:00 PM - 7:00 PMJoin us in our sanctuary for an uplifting musical service to welcome in Shabbat in community.
This Shabbat, we focus on the Biblical seven year cycle known as Shmitta. Our ancient ancestors envisioned an entire year of rest and reflection (including this year of 5782!) to create a sacred community that cares about a life well-lived for all, where we rear our children with wisdom, care for the land and its workers, and all have ample to thrive. Join the discussion on Torah texts about Shmitta and the relevance to our lives.
Please review our current COVID PROTOCOL before attending in person.
For those joining us online, connect at 5:45pm to schmooze it up with others online. Register BELOW for the Zoom link to be sent to your email. Be sure to indicate at least one participant, fill in your name, email address and phone number. Contact 802.253-1800 if you need support.
