Dear JCOGS family, 

Another Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur behind us, we are full on into the new year 5780.

Let me tell you something about what this season has meant for me: 46 pages of sermon material that didn't make it into the four drashot that I did give over these holidays. Please have a look here to read the words and meditations that were included. Lots of thought and preparation went into sharing what I hope were and will continue to be enduring messages of struggle and hope.  Let me know your own thoughts as you read one or more of these.

Meanwhile, onwards we go. The full moon tonight means that we are ready to go with Sukkot , the festival of our joy! Join us for Pizza in the Hut tomorrow/Monday night at Alison and my home and sukkah, anytime 4:30-7p.m.
