Lyla Sokolow is collecting donations for Justice for Dogs for her mitzvah project. Justice for Dogs is a non profit in Wolcott, VT entirely run by volunteers that work to rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats at their shelter and in the community. Donations can be made in the form of wet or dry dog or cat food and or toys. Donations can be left in a box outfront at JCOGS from now until Simchat Torah on 10/25. Every donation helps!

Vermont Secretary of Education Zoie Saunders is facilitating an Agency of Education "Listen and Learn Tour" this coming week.
The goal is to understand the educational priorities of local communities.The "Listen and Learn Tour" will take place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in: - Stowe HS on October 23 - Montpelier on October 28 - Two virtual sessions are planned for 11/4 and 11/6 CLICKfora Fact Sheet useful when advocating for requiring Holocaust education in our schools.
