MAH CHADASH: WHAT'S NEW AT JCOGS
CLERGY CORNER
A Note from Emmanuel on Events in Israel and Mental Health: While it can be important to monitor the news, our brains can only process a limited amount of traumatic images and information. Staying connected to family, friends, and community is most important at this time. And, as we consider our own emotional well-being, we think of all those directly impacted by events in Israel. If you are able, I invite you to join me indonating to theHerzog Israel Center for the Treatment of Psychotrauma, which offers therapeutic support for victims of terror.
