Please join in welcoming a new baby to our extended JCOGS family, as we celebrate with the overjoyed parents Benjamin Klebanoff and Melanie Adelson. He was brought into this world on the 20th of Adar, corresponding to March 4—this child Isaac Ray’s birthday.
In celebration, the bris/brit ben covenant for boys took place at JCOGS last week, with his new Hebrew name bestowed upon him, Yitzchak, named so after his great-grandfather. Now a child of the covenant, and in anticipation of welcoming Eliyahu Hanavi, Elijah the Prophet, to our Passover Seders, Eliyahu ushered in this child at his bris. With his birth, so a time of fulfillment and redemption is heralded, as this child brings forth joy and perfection into the world as only he can. As loving first-time parents, we offer our blessings for this growing family, including blessings of sleep. May this child grow into a life of Torah’s wisdom, love, and good deeds.
Baruch ha’ba, welcome little one Isaac! Your entire community celebrates your presence in our community and in this world.
