By now you've received a letter from Rabbi David and Emily, let me follow up with this. Our annual year and that of JCOGS ends on June 30. JCOGS has had a very successful year, reaching members far and wide both in person and, most recently, virtually.
Most members and donors to Canadian Friends of JCOGS have owned or rented homes in the Stowe area for many years. Many of you have helped build this community, in which we spend so much time, to where it is today. Therefore, supporting JCOGS is a MUST. Whether you participate or not, we must support its growth, development, and place in the Stowe community. By supporting JCOGS financially, you receive a Canadian donation tax receipt*, as well as access to all of JCOGS facilities and programmes.
One tangible benefit to membership is our fuel programme available to anyone who is a current, paid-up member or donor acceptable to either organization (Canadian Friends of JCOGS or JCOGS).
With the start of the financial year commencing July 1, your support is vital and essential especially considering the present situation with regards to the Coronavirus that has made our lives more challenging and fundraising more difficult.
