Mitzvah blog

Sometimes I am known as Erica, but my Hebrew name is Aviva Mechola. Aviva means spring and youthfulness, while Mechola means dance. Dance is a big part of me, so for my mitzvah project I am helping Ballet Wolcott set up a student choreographed ballet of Sleeping Beauty to raise money for the company. At the moment I live in Cambridge, VT, but soon we are moving to Montpelier. So I would go from Lamoille Middle School to Montpelier High School. My bat mitzvah will be on June 29th at 10am.  I'm very excited to be doing this and I hope you will come!
