New Membership/Enrollment 2021-2022

We have a wonderful Jewish community in JCOGS. We have a board that works to support our mission: to create and sustain an environment that perpetuates and celebrates Jewish traditions, observances, and sense of community. We have a great Rabbi who this past year signed a long term contract committing himself and his family to this area for years to come. We have tikkun olam opportunities that provide ways to serve our greater community. Whether you are looking for religion or spirituality or a Jewish social network and whether you want Jewish culture, music or educational opportunity, JCOGS has it all. 

Your membership dues, your generous giving to the Benefactor Appeal, and your time will support JCOGS — your wonderful Jewish Community in north central Vermont.

Program personnel, employees, health service staff, bus aides, and drivers will have this information in the event of an emergency. If at any time due to such circumstances as accident, sudden illness, or emergency, and medical treatment is required, this information will be given to the necessary personnel including a private physician, hospital, or medical personnel.

Volunteerism

JCOGS will survive and grow only with a commitment of time from our members. Our committees are the bedrock of the organization, and every committee and program requires hours of volunteer time. We need YOU! Please pick a committee or program and commit some hours. Choose to serve the larger community through tikkun olam, promise to usher at the High Holy Days, serve on the fundraiser committee. 
 
We encourage individuals and families to commit to 10 hours of service/volunteerism in one of the capacities below. However you contribute, we promise you will feel closer to our community.
