SPECIAL GUEST, RACHEL LEVY, WILL BE JOINING US APRIL 3RD!

Rachel Levy has been serving as a Regional Director for the Network of Independent Communities of the Jewish Federations of North America since 2011.   Rachel grew up in the Conservative movement and attended the Solomon Schechter Day School of RI where she was in the first graduating class.  

At Brown University, Rachel majored in Psychology and Judaic Studies.  Rachel was awarded a Wexner Graduate Fellowship for a masters in public administration at Columbia University following a year of study at the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem.  She served five years at the UJA Federation of Northern New Jersey and led a mission to Israel with 300 community members from ages 8-88.  

With over 20 years of fundraising experience in the Jewish community, Rachel has created new ways to cultivate leadership, recruit millennials, connect across generations and inspire legacy gifts.  Rachel has travelled to Israel over a dozen times and formed life-long connections with the Israeli people. In her current role, she travels regularly to small Jewish communities across the eastern region building Jewish community and strengthening fundraising efforts.  

Rachel lives in Providence, RI with her husband, three stepchildren and daughter.
