Rabbi David and Alison co-facilitate this two-part conversation on parenting through a Jewish lens. Come be in a supportive environment of sharing and learning as we grow together as parents.
Parenting children, while often a blessing, can sometimes be an isolating experience. These workshops offer parents a way to meet and connect through exploring what it means to be a parent through a Jewish lens. Come consider through ancient resources the multiple demands and values that are constantly tugging at parents today.
What from your own parent(s) are you trying to pass on to your kids?
When should you prioritize yourself over your kids or vice versa?
What does it mean to raise a child as Jewish?
How do we find some sense of balance in parenting?
All parents are welcome, no matter how old your children are.
