Sound the Call is about bringing people together around, the globe, to take action towards a more sustainable future. Our goal is to inspire and energize global faith communities in ways that help create a sustainable world for all living things, and a better, cleaner, healthier world for future generations.

Last year for the 50th Earth Day, Hazon planned to gather 50 shofar blowers in Times Square to sound the call of alarm for climate action. Because of a global pandemic, that idea became a global campaign in which over 1500 individuals across 3 continents and 8 time zones came together to renew their commitment to taking serious climate action. 

This year, Hazon is partnering with EarthX in this multi faith event that brings together voices in a statement of unity among people making a commitment to live more sustainably and fight climate change.
