Rabbi Michael Margaretten Cohen is a faculty member at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and Bennington College and Director of Community Relations for the Friends of Arava Institute. A former Policy Advisor to the U.S. State Department’s Office of the Special Envoy for Middle East Peace and Speechwriter Adviser in the White House, he is rabbi emeritus of the Israel Congregation in Manchester Center, Vermont, a regular contributor to the Jerusalem Post, and the author of "Einstein’s Rabbi: A Tale of Science and the Soul."
