Caring for the environment is a huge and complex task, but one that is desperately needed if we are to maintain a livable planet.
The Climate Action/Green Team is working with other committees, and on their own, to help JCOGS, and the wider JCOGS community, become the most sustainable we can be.
The goals of the JCOGS Climate Action/Green Team are to:
i) help raise environmental awareness
ii) provide an environmental lens to other JCOGS committees
iii) encourage meaningful changes for more environmentally conscious lives
iv) help community members draw spiritual strength from the love of, and care for, the environment.
